Last week at Tent London ARTS THREAD was completely smitten with the joyful blast of colour courtesy of Corita Rose. This small company, based in Dorset, was set up in 2008 by Caroline Ritchie and showcases her textile design talent as a recent MA textiles graduate from Bath Spa University.

We are saving up for the limited edition Amor Sofa – a lavish, squishy statement piece covered with individually designed and printed panels of velvet. The sofa cushions are reversible and so the mood can be changed from day to day. Caroline’s design inspirations are rooted in folklore – but her work is fresh and modern and definitely brightened our day. Her palette includes glorious shades of turquoise, red, yellow, cobalt, hot pink and zingy lime combined with white – to create a fabulously colourful, sunshiny South American vibe.
