Last year we saw raw, bright colours portrayed in linear graphic designs, and this year it continues. The unique extreme graphical prints were once again back in force, but with a desaturated colour palette. Colour was introduced, but in small quantities, leaving the 2010 signature black and white scheme to speak for itself.

Each piece was like a work of art. Bizarre shapes and footwear complemented this crazy optical illusion collection. We see a clash of influences with some tribal references combined with military and punk. A collection both to make your head spin, but to excite you. This season has been brought to us with a huge creative blast, showing, in its simplest form, how art can project onto fashion.

Futuristic, yet almost a feeling of 70s pop art, Cooperative designs AW 2010 felt like a giant Rubik’s Cube with linear designs, simplistic shapes and flat colour prints. An inspirational collection.
