Gemma Slack loves her leather and this season’s collection was no exception. With leather-paneled dresses, asymmetric jackets and even the odd leather bra on show, the young designer showed off her dark side.
She also played with the idea of sculpture and texture. A knitted black dress with side cutout was finished with a sculptured knitted bolero. A knitted fabric hung rather subversively from a leather corset. The half-leather jacket was balanced out with the skeleton of an underskirt.

Her partnership with jewellery designer Katie Rowland really added all the necessary detail to her creations. From gimp-style chain headpieces to multi-threaded chain rings, Slack’s collection was dark, sexy and very covetable.
