Jon Adam Fashion Portfolio Award winner Ellie Mountfort, The Arts University College Bournemouth
Ellie Mountfort from The Arts University College Bournemouth scooped the Jon Adam Fashion Portfolio Award. Ellie’s portfolio work is inspired by ‘the late Alexnder McQueen,artists Georgia O’Keeffe and Salvador Dali and illustrator Satoshi Saïkusa.
Jon Adam Fashion Portfolio Award finalist Anna McCurry, University of Leeds
The two finalists up for this award included Anna McCurry from the University of Leeds whose portfolio work focused on sportwear aimed at the trend-driven Sportmax customer. Anna looked at supportive lingerie, sportswear and jersey fabrics.
The second finalist was Hannah Casen from Northumbria University whose work has a vintage theme, dressing up in child-like clothes and being swamped by fabric. Hannah took her inspiration from Chloé, Margaret Howell and Marni.
