Ante-Animate, Northumbria University School of Design
Motion Graphics and Animation students from Northumbria University School of Design give Design Event goers an insight into the complex development work which goes into their final pieces at ‘Ante-Animate’.
The exhibition acts as a precursor to future degree shows, highlighting the processes which the students explore during the preparatory stage of their various assignments. Illustrations, storyboards, character designs and concepts for special effects are all displayed, showing a rich variety of styles and stories.
To actually see how animators go from initial concept to final piece is truly fascinating and we highly suggest that any prospective animation or motion graphics students go along for a taste of what’s to come!
