Milan12: Designersblock – Camilla Barnard & Ashley Temudo

Designersblock are making their way to MOST at the Museum of Science and Technology for Milan 2012. Joining them are product designers Camilla Barnard and Ashley Temudo, both of whom create wonderful, unique designs.

Camilla Barnard is no stranger to Designersblock having already exhibited with them earlier this year at Interiors UK. For the exhibition at MOST, Camilla will be exhibiting her Tools collection alongside new pieces including a carved wooden boombox and SLR camera. A selection of posters and illustrations from Camilla’s Pun series will also be on show and available to purchase.

‘I’m looking forward to exhibiting my work in another country,’ explains Camilla. ‘Being in such a good location, I imagine I’ll be hearing lots of different peoples’ opinions of my work, which is always nice.’

Sharing the space with Camilla is fellow University of Brighton graduate Ashley Temudo who will be displaying a table and trinket leg chair.

Ashley is very excited about the opportunities which exhibiting with Designersblock may bring: ‘I’m really excited about meeting and networking with other designers as well as getting around and seeing the show.’

‘(I hope to) collaborate with designers I meet and get some positive feedback about my work’.
